Decide your rule, for example a full refund within a set number of days of first purchase, and none after that.

Whether a renewal charged by mistake can be refunded, and within how long.

Duplicate or failed payments are always refunded to the original method.

Email support@nanaodhislabs.com with your account email, the app, the date and the amount.

Card and M-Pesa refund timelines as your payment provider processes them.
